Additionally, the law states that where your organisation employs five or more people, or your premises are licensed or an alterations notice is in force, then the significant findings of the fire risk assessment, the actions to be taken as a result of the assessment and details of anyone at risk must be recorded.

Our experienced consultant can help you achieve this by taking a methodical look at your premises and the activities carried out.

Once the assessment is complete we will provide you with a logical report highlighting significant findings and ignition sources. We will set up your Fire Safety Management System including a Fire Safety Log Book. This will ensure that regular checks, along with periodic servicing and maintenance are carried out on all Fire Equipment, including fire alarm systems, emergency escape lighting, fire extinguishers, fire safety signs, fire doors and fire exits.

Note, you should constantly monitor your Fire Risk Assessment. If you suspect that your fire risk assessment is no longer valid or changes to the premises have been made you will need to review the assessment again.
